Once a week every Wednesday between 3pm to 5pm our resident counsellor Sarah Hulagu will be available at Hygge Cafe to answer any questions, chat about your life at the SugarCube, take onboard any suggestions to improve the community or even just come round for a friendly hello and a free coffee.
The owners and managers of the SugarCube are directly involved and “hands-on” in the operation of the community. They care about all their residents and are happy to received emails directly to ensure this ethos is upheld. email@example.com. Please appreciate emails take time to be answered.
There is a specially dedicated “Sweet Care” box on the ground floor for residents wishing to share their thoughts, suggestions, ideas etc privately and anonymously should they wish too. We want this community to be completely inclusive of all residents.
Every 2 months the SugarCube team will contact each and every student to "touch base”; "catch up”; “say hello” via a call, whatsapp or email to ensure all our residents are happy, smiling and settled at the community.
Upon first moving in at the SugarCube, each new resident will have a dedicated team member as point of contact for the first 4 weeks to ensure that settling in period is seamless and stress free. We understand how important the settling in period is for students leaving home for the first time and living in a new environment and city.
The SugarCube resident "student ambassador" will also be available at times to share their personal experience and help new students settle in. Student ambassadors have lived in the community for over one year and will know all the nuances and special things about the SugarCube. For example, you can get a free coffee from the owner of the Hygge cafe Alex if catch him at the right time :)
